We are a dedicated, experienced and ethical team of Therapists, Counsellors, Coaches and Complementary Therapists whose mission it is to support our clients through periods of challenge and change.

This ranges from all issues including past trauma, present mental and physical wellbeing or looking ahead to the future. 

Whether you’re an Individual, Couple, Child, Young Person, Family, Organisation or Education Setting we can provide you with the support, tools and guidance required to deal with problems and uncover your potential.

We provide 12 beautifully designed, rooms designed to enhance wellness, comfort and security. Each room is designed specifically for individuals, children, couples, groups or training.
