Whether you are a Psychotherapist, Coach or Wellbeing Practitioner we have a room available for to suit your needs. There are 11 beautiful rooms available to hire by the hour, including a training room, one to one, specialist children’s rooms, couples or group rooms.

We believe the environment you work in is really important for your wellbeing and in turn the experience of your clients. 

One of our friendly, helpful client care team are here to welcome your clients in our relaxing reception area 8.00am to 8.00pm (5.30 on Fridays) and Saturdays 9.00am – 1.00pm.

There’s also a free, large carpark with our own discreet entrance, conveniently located just outside Harrogate’s town centre and easily accessible by car and bus. The building is also equipped with lift to help everyone easily access our facilities.

Our Facilities

For your convenience, we a have kitchen and breakout area with sofa, table and chairs, fridge, microwave and toaster for you to use between appointments. We also offer a range of complimentary teas, coffee pod machine with milk froffer, free milk, including milk alternatives soya and oat. 

How To Book

All our rooms are available on an hourly, room hire basis at just £12.50 plus VAT per hour, for your convenience. This means you can choose as many or as little hours as you need, as when you need them. Booking is easy and can be done through our reception team, in person, on the phone or e-mail. And with no contract, there’s no obligation to re-book.

We are actively seeking Placement candidates who wish to experience client sessions under appropriate supervision, in a supportive and progressive working environment. We offer training support, supervision and learning allowances to successful candidates.

We are also actively seeking qualified Coaches to be a part of our organisation that allow us to offer our executive clients the highest possible standard of leadership mentoring and development.
