Whilst completing my Psychology BSc (Hons) Degree I began working in the Mental Health sector supporting people in inpatient care, within the community and within their own homes. I also worked with people who have autism and learning disabilities, young children and the elderly. I enjoy connecting with and learning about people from all backgrounds. I completed training as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and have provided therapy in the charity sector, my private practice and within the prison service. I went onto be a Clinical Supervisor for crisis text line, Shout.
